2.1 Our services involve customised professional work delivered based on information provided by the customer.
2.2 Once work has commenced, value is created through time spent, analysis performed, and drafting activities undertaken.
2.3 As a result, refunds are not automatic and are assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with this Policy.
3. Refunds Before Work Has Started
3.1 If a refund request is submitted before any work has commenced, the customer may be eligible for a full refund.
3.2 “Work has commenced” includes, but is not limited to:
- assignment of the order to a writer or consultant,
- review of customer materials,
- initial analysis or planning of deliverables.

4. Refunds After Work Has Started but Before Delivery
4.1 If work has commenced but no draft or deliverable has been provided, a partial refund may be considered.
4.2 Any partial refund will reflect:
- time spent on the order,
- work completed to date,
- administrative and operational costs incurred.
4.3 The Company reserves the right to deduct a reasonable amount to cover completed work and associated costs.
5. Refunds After Delivery of Drafts or Deliverables
5.1 Once a draft or deliverable has been provided to the customer, refunds are generally not available.
5.2 Instead of a refund, we will offer revisions in accordance with the scope of the original order and any revision entitlements included in the selected package.
5.3 Requests that fall outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee and do not create an automatic right to a refund.
6. Dissatisfaction and Revision Process

6.2 Revisions must be based on the original brief and information supplied at the time of order.
